Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds
In order to receive a refund, items must be returned in its original container and without any signs that 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed from original packaging. If the food has been discarded, repackaged or tampered with in a way we cannot verify its origin or issue, we will not issue any discount, refund or store credit.
You will be refunded to your credit card the sales price amount associated with the error, please keep in mind that your refund might take up to 3 business days to be refunded.
Food Dissatisfaction
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the batches we pop. We love to hear your feedback in order to better our meals, service and experience. However, keep in mind that we will not refund any items on the sole basis of dissatisfaction (i.e. “I don’t like this flavor”). We might be able to change your item if its the same or less value, this will be done at the discretion of the manager.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Attention: Jeremy @ HKC, 2221 Mansion Cross Ln, Virginia Beach VA 23456.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Rights & Responsibilities
As a private business, it is the right of the food manufacturer to deny or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If a customer abuses the Refund & Returns Policy, we unfortunately will not be able to conduct future business with that particular customer. This is to ensure that we may continue to provide delicious quality food and excellent service for our other wonderful, frequent patrons.
